DOUBLE shotgun murder suspect David Oakes is suffering a life-threatening infection in hospital after ripping a breathing tube from his throat.
The ex-bouncer attempted his second suicide bid despite being under heavy sedation and needed four nurses to restrain him.
He has been under police guard in hospital since shooting half his face away with a shotgun eight days ago. It came after his custody-battle ex Chrissie Chambers, 38, and their daughter Shania, two, were gunned down at their home in Braintree, Essex.
