Police are calling it one of worst cases of child abuse ever seen in the Monteregie region of Quebec.
A two-month-old baby boy suffered a skull fracture and two broken legs last week in Valleyfield.
The suspect in the case; his 22-year-old father.
The dad pleaded guilty this past Friday at the Valleyfield Courthouse.
The accused, who can't be named in order protect the child's identity, was charged with aggravated assault and two other counts, recently in court.
