Death penalty will be on table for father, son charged with Summer Inman's murder

The father-in-law and husband of a Hocking County woman who was abducted, strangled and dumped in a septic tank could face the death penalty if convicted in her death

A grand jury issued indictments on Friday against William A. "Bill" Inman, 47, and William A.
"Will" InmanII, 26, in the death of Summer Inman, a 25-year-old mother of three. Each is charged
with two counts of aggravated murder and single counts of murder, kidnapping, tampering with
evidence and gross abuse of a corpse.

The Inman men and Sandra K. "Sandy" Inman, 46, Summer Inman's mother-in-law, were indicted on
kidnapping charges in March. They are each being held in lieu of $1 million bond at the
Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail in Nelsonville.
